Book Club Logo RR

Welcome to the Redacted Readers page!  We are a group of book loving individuals who want to read and discuss the titles that are considered not appropriate for school libraries by some parents.  We meet once a month to discuss the book of choice to share personal opinions, thoughts and feelings about the selected book.

Below is a list of the more than 26 books challenged in Missouri in recent years.

Our book group is open to anyone who wants to read, discuss and understand potentially banned books!  Most of our meetings are on Zoom, but we will have some in person events happening around the Kansas City Northland area.  If you would like to join our group, please fill out the form by clicking the button below.

You will be contacted by email regarding the next meeting.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us at redactedreaders@gmail.com.  We hope you join us!
